How we collect reviews
An email invitation goes out 15 days after delivery, to every buyer, with no filtering and no incentive attached. Ratings are never edited and negative reviews are never removed — we answer them in public instead, as you can see above. The only reviews taken down are ones containing personal data or abusive language. Every review carries a verified-buyer mark because it can only be left against a real order number.
